I had good sized and well-designed room with the garden terrace. An electric kettle, a refrigerator, and kitchenware were an advantage. The hotel was in a stunning location really close to town centre restaurants, the main Avenue de Champagne in Epernay and Perrier Jouet.

We had a really great stay in a very special town.

The location was marvellous, just next door to a famous street. Moreover, it was close enough to the ecurie Champagne shop, Avenue de Champagne, and France.

Gorgeous garden space

New-fashioned and tastefully decorated rooms with private bathrooms and an electric kettle, fridges and kitchenware. Delightful views of garden. Location near the Avenue of Champagne, the train station, and perfect for Champagne tasting👍👍

Beds were a little hard.

Fairly clean, hip new hotel, I greatly enjoyed good sized and beautifully designed rooms and PLEASANT staff. It was in a particularly good location close to the train station to get to Reims for a day visit.

Spacious and comfortable apartments right on Avenue des Champagnes.

Our room was not ready until nearly 6 pm, frustrating as we had limited time to explore. The check-in process was disorganized. I ended up walking into the wrong building. I struggled to find the EV charging station and realized too late that I needed to visit reception to use it.

It was a smart choice for a city trip in Epernay with excellent value. The spacious kitchen in our apartment was perfect for evening gatherings with friends. Make sure to try the complimentary bottle of champagne upon arrival.

A rollercoaster of pros and cons

The location is unbeatable! Nestled right on the Avenue de Champagne, it's walking distance to the best champagne houses. The spacious kitchen was perfect for our evening gatherings with friends.

We faced confusion upon arrival. Directions could use improvement. The check-in process felt a bit chaotic, leaving us frustrated before we even started our stay.

The breakfast is hardly worth mentioning, just a pitiful selection of cheese and ham served in a bar, how charmingly disappointing. Two beds shoved together instead of a lovely double bed-so romantic! I generally expect a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but alas, no red-carpet treatment here. Maybe next time i'll actually feel welcomed?

I enjoyed my stay with a spacious room with a large terrace. The air conditioning helped in the heat. Team members were friendly and cute.

Traffic noise was a concern at times, especially in the early morning, affecting the peacefulness I hoped for.

We had an amazing experience with a fabulous terrace, and the newly renovated room was very nice! a kettle instead of the fancy tea machine would have been great.

The location is perfect, right on Avenue du Champagne. Our room was spacious and featured air conditioning, a minibar, and soundproof walls with a comfortable retreat after exploring Epernay's fabulous restaurants. The breakfast was lovely and a great way to start our day.

The terrace was perfect for sipping champagne, and the large, modern room had everything we needed. Such a gorgeous hotel!

I loved my stay at this hotel with large, beautifully decorated rooms and it was in a perfect location, just a few steps away from Moet et Chandon and less than a 10-minute walk to the Eglise Notre-Dame d'Epernay, making it super easy for me to stroll around and discover all the charm this city has to offer.
